16 slices bacon
1 lb cottage cheese, use food processor to reduce lumps, but don't liquefy
(or push thru a sieve)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Dash of cayenne
1 tsp onion salt
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 c mayonnaise
~ 5 tsp milk, to create dipping consistency

Directions:
Directions:
Bake bacon, 375-400º til crisp and brown.
Crumble cooled bacon and combine with remaining ingredients.
Cover and chill.

Makes about 2 1/2 cups.

Serve with crudité - perhaps snap peas, asparagus, jicama or kohlrabi, and pear tomatoes.
