3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Tbl Baking Powder
1 Tbl Baking Soda
1 Tbl Cinnamon
1 Tsp Salt
1 1/2 C Butter (3 Sticks at Room temp)
1 1/2 C Granulated Sugar
1 1/2 C Packed Light-Brown Sugar
3 Eggs
1 Tbl Vanilla Extract
3 C Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
3 C Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
2 C Sweetened Flake Coconut
2 C Chopped Pecans

Mix first five dry ingredients together.

In a mixing bowl beat butter on medium speed until smooth one minute.
Gradually add sugars and combine approx. 2 minutes.
Add Eggs one at a time, beating after each. Mix in Vanilla.
Stir in flour until combined. Add Chocolate Chips, Oats, Coconut and Pecans.
350 Degrees
For each cookie drop 1/4 C Dough onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spacing approx. 3 inches apart.Making Texas size cookies.Approx. 3 dozen 17-20 minutes
Or use 2 Tbl Dough to make small cookies. Makes 6 dozen Bake 15-18 minutes
