1 can (7 1/2 oz.) crabmeat
1/3 cup celery, chopped
3 hard-boiled eggs
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
3 large avocados
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400º.
Drain crabmeat and remove cartilage.
Mix crabmeat, celery, eggs, pimento, onion, 1/2 tsp. salt and mayonnaise.
Cut unpeeled avacado's lengthwise in half, remove pit, and brush with lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt.
Fill avocado halves with crab mix. Toss breadcrumbs in melted butter, spoon over crabmeat.
Place in shallow baking dish and bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
