9-inch deep dish pie shell
1 1/2 cups crab meat
2 tbsp. flour
6 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup diced red bell pepper
2 eggs
1/3 cup diced Vidalia onion
2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Prebake pie shell until it starts to brown, approximately 10 minutes. Remove from oven; let cool. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shell. Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve either warm or cold. Refrigerate unused portion.
