Bisquick (approx 2 1/4 c)
Almond milk (approx 2/3 c)
1 package ranch seasoning mix
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup shredded, sharp cheddar
optional: 2 tablespoon melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the Bisquick recipe for drop biscuits, substituting almond milk for the milk (2 1/4 cups Bisquick with 2/3 cup milk), stirring in ranch seasoning and garlic.

Fold in the shredded cheese.

Drop dollops of dough onto ungreased cooking sheet and cook at 450 degrees for 8-10 min.

Optional: brush with melted butter straight out of the oven.
