1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt, divided
4 - 4 oz. boneless pork chops, 1/2" thick
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 medium shallot, minced
1/2 cup brandy
1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper pork chops and dredge in flour, shaking off excess.
Heat oil over medium high heat in skillet. Add the chops, reduce heat and cooked until browned, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Transfer to plate and keep warm.
Reduce heat to medium low. Add shallots and cook, stirring and scraping any browned bits, until liquid is evaporated, about 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
