1 cup Crisco
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
3 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 pkg mincemeat (block)
Directions:
Directions:
Blend together all ingredients then crumble mincemeat in. Mix well. Place on greased cookie sheet by rounded tsp and place a walnut half into each cookie. Bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes
