8 unbaked pastry shells
1 - 10 oz. package frozen, chopped spinach
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbls. grated onion
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pastry shells at 375º for 12 minutes. Set aside.
Cook spinach according to directions. Drain well.
Combine spinach with next 7 ingredients.
Spoon into pastry shells and bake an additional 15 minutes.
