1 qt. water with 4 chicken boullion cubes (or chicken broth)
1 1/2 cups. chopped celery
2 cups chopped onion
2 1/2 cups diced potatoes
1 lb. package cauliflower
1 lb. package carrots
1 lb. package broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 cup milk

Directions:

Cook first 7 ingredients for 30 minutes or until tender.
Add cream of mushroom soup and Velveeta cheese.
Add 1 cup milk and simmer.
