1/2 gallon milk 1 pint half & half cream
1 cup rice 4 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar 2 tbsp vanilla
pinch of salt 1 cup white raisins
cinnamon nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
Wash rice in lukewarm water.
Put rice, milk, sugar & salt; let boil til mushy.
Blend eggs, cream, vanilla and raisins.
Add to rice mixture - stir constantly til bubbles.

Remove from stove - sprinkle cinnamon & nutmeg.
