2lb salmon filet
1/4 cup mayo
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2-1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1-2 garlic cloves minced
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese finely shredded
1/3-1/2 cup mozzarella cheese finely shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Place the salmon fillet on the prepared baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix mayo, Dijon, lemon, and garlic
Cover surface of salmon with mixture, add more or less depending on taste
Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes,then broil for 2-5 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
