Combine peanut butter chips and butter in a glass bowl. Microwave until melted. Whisk in the sweetened condensed milk. Gradually stir in the graham cracker crumbs and 1/2 cup finely chopped peanuts. Use hands if needed to mix well. Pat the mixture into a 9x13-inch pan that has been lined with non-stick foil. Make sure it is even. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Microwave chocolate chips until melted. Pour over the bars and spread evenly. Top with 1 cup coarsely ground peanuts. Let stand at room temperature until firm. Cut into 48 squares.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
These bars are a peanut butter and chocolate lovers dream! They are a mix between a cookie and a fudge. Since they don't have to be baked, it is a great summer recipe. Beware, they are very rich, so don't cut the squares too big!
