3 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 cup solid Crisco
1 egg
5 tbsp. cold water
1 tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 425 degrees.
Combine flour and salt in mixing bowl. With pastry blender (or better with fingers) cut in Crisco until mixture is fairly course.
Sprinkle with water, a tbsp. at a time, toss with fork. Work dough into firm ball with hands. Press dough into flat circle with smooth edges. Roll dough on lightly floured surface to circle about 1 1/2" larger than pie pan. Gently ease dough into pan.
Trim and fold under and flute with fingers or fork.
For single crust baked without filling, prick bottom and sides with fork.
Bake until lightly brown, 10-15 minutes.
