3/4 c. self-rising cornmeal
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. sweet milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons-separated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except 1 tablespoon oil. Preheat a small cast iron skillet with 1 tablespoon oil, swirl pan to coat. Heat until you can smell the oil but before it begins to smoke. Pour mixed batter into the skillet and bake at 390 degrees in preheated over for about 30 minutes until well browned on top.
