1 pound beets
1/2 cup sour cream
2 Tbs milk
1 Tbs sliced green onions
1 Tbs vinegar
1 tea sugar
dash of cayenne pepper
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beets or you can used canned beets. I have done both

Combine all other ingredients in a small sauce pan. Heat through over low heat, but do not boil.

Turn beets into serving dish and spoon sauce over and stir.
