3 ripe avocados peeled, pitted,and chopped or mashed
1 lime, juiced
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 medium peeled chopped tomato (Warren tomatoes are best!).
1 tsp minced garlic
Optional - 1 pinch cayenne pepper

In a medium bowl, mix chopped avocados, lime juice, and salt. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with corn chips such as Tostitos Scoops. To store properly overinght, put in an airtight plastic container, placing plastic wrap directly on guacamole so that no air is between guacamole and wrap. Refrigerate.

I always loved avocados and guacamole but never made it. I found this recipe that used chopped tomatoes, and I think it is the best guacamole I've tasted. Maybe it's because the tomatoes came from Warren, Arkansas. Love to all, Mimi
