1 1/2 lb. pork steak (cubed)
1 can chicken soup
1 c. water
1 pkg. egg noodles
1 green pepper
1 small glass jar of red pimento (optional)
1 small onion
1 small can mushrooms, drained
3/4 c. grated cheese
Flour
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Season meat with salt & pepper, roll in flour and brown in skillet. Add chicken soup and water. Cook until meat is tender (about 1/2 to 3/4 hour). Boil noodles and drain. Add to meat. Mix everything thoroughly. Place in casserole dish. Bake @ 350º for 45 minutes.
