FILLING:
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 sliced granny smith apples
2 T. flour
1/2 t. allspice
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 t. vanilla
2 sliced pears
2 T. butter

TOPPING:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. self rising flour
2 T. butter
1 beaten egg
1/4 t. salt

WHIP TOPPING:
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/8 t. nutmeg

FILLING:
MIx all the ingredients except the butter. Break butter into pcs. and place on top of the apples and pears.

TOPPING:
Mix ingredients all together except the butter. Pour the mixture on the apples and pears. Break butter into pcs. on the topping. Bake 350 degrees 40-45 minutes.

WHIP TOPPING:
Whip the cream into peaks. Add remaining ingredients whip until incorporated.
