1 1/2 c Crisco, butter flavor
2 1/2 c light brown sugar
4 T milk
2 T vanilla
2 eggs
31/2 c flour
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 c chocolate chips
2 c nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Cream Crisco, sugar, milk and vanilla in a large bowl. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture and mix until just blended. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoons about 3 inches apart on a parchment lined cookie sheet.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes for a chewy cookie or 11 to 13 minutes for a crisp cookie.
