1 c water
6 T butter, unsalted
1/4 tsp salt
1 c flour
1 c beaten egg, about 4 large

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Bring to a boil water, butter and salt. Stir in flour and cook 2 minutes or until dough forms a ball. Cool dough slightly. Add eggs 1/4 of a cup at a time mixing well after each addition.

Using a pastry bag place dollops of dough on a parchment line cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until done. Droplets will appear on dough. Cool and fill with favorite filling using a pastry bag with a tip to pierce the bottom of pastry.
