1/3 c butter, softened
1 c sugar
2 eggs
1/3 c water
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp almond extract
1 c fresh peaches, peeled and diced
1 2/3 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 c + 2 T pecans, chopped
2 T brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 9x5 loaf pan.

In a bowl cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in water and extracts. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; gradually add to the cream mixture.Stir in peaches and 1/2 c of pecans.

Pour into loaf pan. Combine 2 T pecans and brown sugar and sprinkle over batter. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Rest 15 minutes and remove from pan. Cool completely.
