6 chicken breast bone in or boneless roasted
1/2 cup celery chopped fine
1 1/2 tsp dill weed
2 tsp grey poupon mustard
start out with 1/4 cup of mayonnaise and increase
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup seedless red grapes cut into halves

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken on a baking sheet. Pour a little olive oil over chicken, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Do not cover, place in a 350 degrees oven. Bake about 45 to 50 minutes. let cool
You can either chop the chicken or put in a food processor to get a finer consistency.
Add the celery and mayonnaise, grey poupon salt and pepper. add grapes stir gently

This recipe has been used at many baby showers and wedding showers through the years.
I use to boil the chicken, but the chicken is so much better roasted. Enjoy
