Instant corn meal
Meat sauce
Formica or wooden board
Parmesan cheese
Red pepper flakes
Directions:
Directions:
Follow cooking instructions. Cook corn meal in lightly salted water
Spread polenta on board approximately 1" thick. Make a small dip in polenta all around outside of polenta so sauce doesn't pour onto board.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese all over.
Black pepper and red pepper flakes to taste!!
