3 oz. Heavy whipping cream
1 oz. Gorgonzola crumbles (more for bolder taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Place cream in a small sauce pan and heat to light boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer.
Add gorgonzola crumbles to sauce and allow to melt into cream.
Serve immediately over salmon or other fish.
