1 cup Bisquick
1/4 cup cold water
1# ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
2 T Bisquick
1 T Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs
1 cup small curd creamed cottage cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 sliced tomato

Directions:
heat oven to 375º

mix 1 cup bisquick and water until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes. gently smooth dough into ball on floured cloth covered board, knead 5 times, roll dough 2 inches larger than inverted pie pan 9x1.25

ease into plate; cook and stir ground beef and onion till beef cooked, drain, add salt and pepper, 2T bisquick, worchestershire sauce

spoon into pie crust, mix eggs and cottage cheese, pour over beef mixture

arrange tomato slices in circle on top, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, bake about 30 minutes
