2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
½ cup Butter or margarine-melted

8 oz Cream cheese-softened

14 oz Sweetened condensed milk

8 oz Heavy whipping cream

1 Tablespoon Knox gelatin

¼ cup Cold water

1 Tablespoon Vanilla

Mix Graham cracker crumbs & melted butter together. Press in pie plate or spring form pan. Refrigerate until ready to add cheesecake filling.

Sprinkle Knox gelatin over cold water. Let sit 5 minutes.

Beat Whipping cream until stiff.

Cream sweetened condensed milk and cream cheese together until smooth.

Place gelatin in pan of water and heat until gelatin becomes liquid Add to cream cheese mixture.Add Vanilla. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate at least 6 hrs.
