2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
5 slices bread, cubed
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork (or sausage)
1 can mushroom soup
1 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Add 3 tablespoons oil to a skillet. Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper, bread, ground beef and ground pork. Drop small amount of meat in skillet and pat down. Brown well on both sides.
Put in buttered 9x13 casserole. Add 1 can mushroom soup and 1 can water to frying pan and loosen bits. Mix well and pour over patties. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Makes 55 - 2 1/2 inch patties.

Can be made in advance and stored in refrigerator. Add a few additional minutes to cook time if starting out cold.
