Ingredients:  
1 package chicken breasts (4-5)
1 can chopped black olives
2 stalks chopped celery
3 chopped green onions
1-2 cups mayo (your preference-less makes a dryer salad)
black pepper to taste

Optional:
1/2 cup grapes
1/2 cup walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and boil the chicken until cooked through. Remove from water and chop or shred chicken. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Add mayo until it is the consistency that you like. Add in the grapes and walnuts if desired.
