2 c. flour
1 c. bananas
1/2 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
1/2 c. soft butter
1 egg
1 c. sugar
3 T. milk
1/2 t. salt
1 T. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mash bananas and add soda, set aside. Cream egg, butter, sugar and milk. Mix bananas in the egg mixture. Add flour & baking powder mix until all combined. Pour into greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
