Canned tuna in oil (approx. 10 cans)
Pitted calamata olives (36)
9 Hard boiled eggs (quartered)
Capers
Black pepper
Rhodes frozen dinner rolls (36 count)
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw dinner rolls. Once thawed, roll out in the shape of a finger
Heat oil in a sauce pan for frying. Fry rolls turning until golden brown; place on paper towel to absorb oil.
In a large bowl, place tuna in oil. Add additional oil if too dry. Lightly salt tuna.
Once all rolls are fried,
Cut long ways forming a pocket
Place a spoonful of tuna in roll
Sprinkle a few capers over tuna
Put half calamata olive on each end
Put quartered egg, yolk side down on tuna
Lightly shake black pepper over egg
