3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup paprika
1/4 cup granulated garlic
3 tbsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. ginger
1 tbsp. onion powder
1/2 tbsp. lemon pepper
1/2 tbsp. rosemary
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together thoroughly and keep in an air tight jar. Rub on both side of the meat. This rub is for Chicken or Pork.
