1 1/2 cups flour
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
Milk, about 1/4 cup

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well.
Add salt and stir into flour.
Add milk until batter is smooth and slightly thick.
Drop by small tsp. into salted boiling water.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Drain in colander and pour cold water over them.
Reheat in butter or gravy.
