1 cup diced onion
2 T butter
1 can cheddar cheese soup 1/4 cup water
1 lb cooked potatoes
8 oz can grench green beans
salt and pepper
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1 lb haddock cut into bite size pieces
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup bread crumbs combined with 2 T butter melted

saute onion in butter til tender, add soup and water, add potatoes, seasonings, heat til bubbly add Fish and half cheese. pour into casserole dish, top with buttered bread crumbs and reserved cheese
