1 large can of Red Salmon (Rubinsteins) drained and deboned
8 oz of cream cheese
1 T of lemon juice
2 T of grated onions
1 T Horseradish
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp. liquid smoke seasoning

Directions:

prep salmon, deboning carefully.....mix cream cheese with lemon juice,onion,horse radish
salt and liquid smoke

chill several hours, then roll into either a ball or log and roll into chopped parsley

serve with crackers
