1/2 C Unsalted Butter at Room Temperature
1/3 C Packed Light Brown Sugar
1 C Flour
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 C Coarsely Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat butter and sugar until creamy, about 2 mins.
Add Flour and Salt and beat until just combined. Remove bowl from mixer and stir in pecans with a wooden spoon.

Dough can be refrigerated for up to 2 days before baking.
Bring to room temperature. Use 1 inch scoop, arrange balls of dough on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. They do not spread very much.

350 degrees 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown at the edges. Move to a wire rack to cool. Best if eaten within 2 day.
