1 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Flour
1/2 tsp. Soda
1 cup buttermilk
1 egg beaten
1 T oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and add 1 cup buttermilk and the egg. Put oil in skillet and heat in the oven. Pour in cornbread mix when heated. Bake at 350º F
