1 cup softened margarine 2 tsp lemon extract
2 cups sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream 1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs 1 tsp baking soda
4 1/2 cups flour

Topping - 2 tbsp powdered sugar and 1 tsp milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine and sugar; then add remaining ingredients. *except powder sugar and milk.
Mix well.
Refrigerate batter 4-6 hours.
Using your hands, roll teaspoon size balls and place onto parchment covered cookie sheet.
Mix 2 tbsp powder sugar and 1 tsp milk and brush on top of cookie before baking in oven @ 350º for 10 minutes.
