4 cups milk
5 cups instant potatoes
2 eggs
5 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk to boiling point. Remove from stove and stir potatoes slowly until moistened. Let stand until liquid is absorbed. Let cool.
Place potatoes on to floured board. Add eggs and mix well. Add flour a little at a time until dough is manageable. Dough should be soft but not sticky.

Roll dough flat to about an inch thick. Cut dough into 3/4" slices. Cut dough in 1" pieces. Roll each piece with your finger forming a depression to hold the sauce.

Boil salted water. Add gnocchi and cook until they float to the top. Stirring occasionally so not to stick to pan.
