2 tbsp granulated sugar 3 tbsp butter / softened
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 cup milk
3 1/2 cups all purpose buttermilk 1 tsp vanilla
baking mix 1 egg
1/3 cup granulated sugar 2 tbsp butter

Glaze
1/2 cup powder sugar
2-3 tsp water

Preheat oven to 375º Spray bottom and sides of 9x5 loaf pan
In small bowl, mix 2 tbsp granulated sugar and the cinnamon, set aside

In medium mixing bowl, combine baking mix, 1/3 cup granulated sugar, 3 tbsp softened butter, milk, vanilla and egg. Stir with wooden spoon until forms soft dough forms

Using your hands, shape dough into 1 inch balls; roll in cinnamon sugar. Place dough balls randomly into loaf pan. Sprinkle with any remaining cinnamon sugar. Place 2 tbsp butter in small bowl. Microwave for 15 seconds or until melted. Drizzle butter over dough balls.

Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, in small mixing bowl, mix glaze ingredients with wooden spoon until smooth and thin enough to drizzle.

Remove loaf from pan to cooling rack. With spoon, drizzle glaze over loaf.

Cut into slices and serve warm.
