1 cup Quick Oats (divided into 1/2 cups)
3 scoops Portien Powder (your choice in flavor)
1/2-1 cup Milk
sweetener to taste (only if you use unflavored protein powder)
Optional: chocolate chips (any flavor/colour)

Directions:
Directions:
line a deep baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
blend 1/2 cup oats into flour.
Combine the oats, protein powder in a large bowl. slowly add milk until a very thick batter is formed. stir through your add ins of choice and transfer to baking dish and press firmly. refrigerate for 30 mins or until firm. cut into bars and enjoy.
