Strawberries / washed & dried
White chocolate
Blue sugar, edible glitter or sprinkles

Place blue sugar in a bowl. In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate in microwave on 50% power for 2 minutes. Stir until bowl is no longer warm. Then microwave for 30 second intervals at 50% power, stirring after each until completely melted. Dip the lower 2/3 of strawberry in melted white chocolate. You can also use double boiler method to melt chocolate. Then dip lower 1/3 in blue sugar or spoon it onto strawberry. Place on wax paper until completely cooled.
