3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 t. lemon juice
1 t. curry powder
2 t. soy sauce
2 c. cooked chicken, cut into chunks
1/4 c. sliced water chestnuts (I don't use)
1/2 pound seedless grapes, halved
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds (I don't always do this step)
1 8 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained

Directions:

Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice and seasonings; toss with remaining ingredients. Chill several hours or overnight. Serve on bed of lettuce or on croissants.
