4 large thick Salmon Filets
10 Lemons, sliced
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/3 cup Honey
1/2 teaspoon fresh grated Ginger Root
1 teaspoon Lime Juice
1 teaspoon Brown Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Heat grill to medium heat. Combine all liquid ingredients and ginger in large bowl. Add salmon filets and coat thoroughly with marinade. Rest for 15 minutes. Place lemons flat on the grill in four clusters. Place filets skin side down onto the lemon slices, and place lid on grill. Baste with marinade after six minutes. Cook for a total of 12 minutes. Place salmon on a serving plate and garnish with lemons charred side up. Serve with additional slices of lemon and lime. Serve with yellow rice.
