1 lb. fusilli pasta twists
6-8 cloves of garlic,minced
2 T. olive oil
1/4 c. fresh Italian parsley, chopped
1 large can Italian whole tomatoes, mashed
1/2 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta in boiling salt water until al dente; drain.
Saute minced garlic in olive oil just long enough to soften the garlic. Add parsley and the mashed tomatoes. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.

Serve over pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve with garlic bread.
