1 cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 cup Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 Egg
1/2 cup Milk
2 Tbsp Salad Oil
1/2 cup fresh or frozen Blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Add milk, oil, and egg. Stir until just combined. Batter should be lumpy. Stir in blueberries. Spoon batter into six greased muffin tin cups and bake at 400º for 20 minutes until risen and golden brown.
