2C Flour
1-2 Eggs
1/2 tsp Salt
1 T Olive Oil
1/8 to 1/4 C Lukewarm Water

Directions:
Hand Method: Pour flour and salt onto table. Make a well in the center of flour mound, add eggs and water in the center, whisk eggs with fork slowly incorporating small amounts of the flour. Mix altogether by hand adding more water as necessary, kneading into a ball.

Food Processor Method: Add dry ingredients, pulse, then add eggs and water and mix until a dough ball forms.

Place in a covered bowl until ready to roll using pasta roller with noodle attachment.
