1/3 cup butter
3 large eggs
1/3 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon self rising cornmeal mix
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 (9 inch) prepared pie shell

1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF. In a medium bowl beat the sugar and butter with an electric mixer on medium high-speed until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in the milk, cornmeal mix, vanilla, and vinegar, until just blended. Pour the filling into the pie shell.

2. Bake until a knife insered one inch from the center comes out clean, about 40-45 minutes. Cool for at least an hour.

COOL FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR BOB DO NOT TOUCH THE PIE AFTER IT COMES OUT OF THE OVEN FOR ONE HOUR. THAT IS 60 MINUTES. LIKE THE SHOW YOU KICK YOUR FAMILY OUT WHEN IT COMES ON.
