1 cup boiling water
1 6 oz. package strawberry jello
1 cup cold water
3 ripe bananas (mashed)
12 oz. frozen strawberries (thawed)
1 #2 can crushed pineapple
1 pt. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over jello, stir until dissolved and then stir in cold water. When jello has cooled, add fruit. Chill, stirring occasionally until it has the consistency of an unbeaten egg white. Turn 1/2 of the mixture into an oiled 9 x 13 pan; chill until firm. Keep remaining jello at room temperature. When first layer is firm, spread with sour cream and top with remaining jello. Chill until firm. Cut into squares to serve.
