1 Tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 Cup Kansas City-Style BBQ Sauce
As Many Salmon Filets as you are serving.


Directions:
Directions:
1) Put the grill to Medium hot heat
2) Spray Pam Grilling spray on the grill
3) On a plat put the seasoning and start to place each piece of salmon skin side down into the seasoning.
4) Put the salmon skin side down on the rack. Grill for five minutes and then flip once. Spread the BBQ sauce on the other side cook for another five minutes and then flip over to serve it. Put another spread of BBQ sauce and serve off the grill.
