First Layer:
1 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts
1 stick, melted

Second Layer:
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. cool whip

Third Layer:
2 pkgs. instant butterscotch pudding
3 c. milk

Nuts for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare first layer and pat into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cool.

Beat second layer until smooth and pour on cooled crust. Mix pudding mixture until stiff and pour on top of cream cheese layer. Frost with rest of cool whip. Sprinkle with nuts.

Best on 2nd day. I've also made this with chocolate pudding and its equally delicious!
